12joker Platform Use

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 12joker platform — including the website, mobile application, gaming services, sports betting, online slots, live casino, and all support features — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions stated in this document.

These Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and 12joker ("Platform", "We"). If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use our services.

This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling page, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between the User and the Platform.

To register and use 12joker services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register on your own behalf only — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Not be included on any self-exclusion list or any active gambling limit programme.
• Ensure that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws in your jurisdiction.
• Provide registration information that is accurate, complete and current — including your full name, identity card number (MyKad or equivalent document), an active mobile phone number and email address.

12joker reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

Once your 12joker account is activated, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your login credentials. This responsibility covers the following:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing login information with any other party.
• Ensuring that the device used to log in is secure and free from malicious software.
• Notifying the 12joker support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating personal information such as your mobile phone number and email address if any changes occur.

12joker is not responsible for any losses arising from you sharing login information, or from your failure to take reasonable security measures to protect your account.

All financial transactions on the 12joker platform are subject to the following policy:

The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method used. Withdrawal requests made to a payment method different from the deposit method will be rejected until further verification is obtained from our finance team.

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).
• Cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal services (USDT, BTC, ETH) are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• 12joker reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or new accounts.
• Any attempt to circumvent the verification process will be considered suspicious behaviour and may result in account suspension.

12joker provides various types of bonuses and promotions for registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility rules set for each promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the value of the bonus received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Deposit RM600 → bonus RM300 → account balance RM900 → wagering requirement RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

The general rules for all bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is eligible to receive a particular type of bonus only once, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• 12joker reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or colluding with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account termination.

The 12joker platform provides various game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, mix parlay, and esports. Specific rules for each game or betting type are displayed within the relevant game interface.

• Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• For live casino games, results determined by the live dealer are final once the round is closed.
• Any technical disruption during an ongoing game session will be handled in accordance with the platform's technical policy — users will be contacted via the support channel should this occur.
• Odds and payouts for sports betting may change until the bet is locked in. The odds value at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 12joker platform and will result in firm action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts or other technical methods to automate gameplay or betting.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means or collusion with other parties.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any financial activity that is contrary to the law.
• Sharing an account with a third party or allowing another person to play using your account.
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the security of the platform's systems, infrastructure or operations.
• Providing false information during the registration or identity verification process.

12joker reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities if there is evidence of illegal activity.

• Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any platform content without written consent from 12joker.
• Using the 12joker brand name, logo or marketing materials for any commercial purpose without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action by 12joker.

To the extent permitted by law, 12joker is not liable for:

• Loss of money or anticipated profits resulting from game or betting outcomes.
• Technical disruptions, system downtime or software errors that are beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, unless caused by 12joker's own gross negligence.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including game software providers or payment processors.

The 12joker platform services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability or accuracy of information.

12joker reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect once the updated version is published on this website.

Where changes are significant, we will endeavour to notify users via a notice on the platform or through their registered email. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

The 12joker platform operates under international licensing and complies with applicable licensing requirements. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the licensing law principles governing this platform.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform will first be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to arbitration or the appropriate jurisdiction in accordance with the platform's licensing terms.

Users acknowledge that they access this platform on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
